Job/Title in Fandom: Villain. Runs a website were people pay to watch women do their housework in lingerie.

Brief History:

Young Quentin Quire was one of the top students at the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning, having been inspired by Professor Charles Xavier's dream of human/mutant brotherhood when he was 13 years old. Among his achievements, Quentin created a set of anti-gravity floats to grant mobility to the disembodied brain of his fellow student Martha Johansson. Devastated after learning that he was adopted, Quentin was pushed over the edge following the death of renowned mutant fashion designer Jumbo Carnation, supposedly at the hands of humans. He began to doubt Xavier's teachings, and developed a more negative and hostile view of the world and of humankind.

Quentin became addicted to the new designer drug "Kick," which increased superhuman mutant powers but also altered the brain's metabolism. Quentin assembled a group of others that shared his beliefs about humans, calling them the Omega Gang, and set about attacking both innocent humans and members of the mutant-harvesting U-Men group alike. Creating a helmet patterned after that worn by Magneto which prevented the use of telepathic powers, Quentin and the Omega Gang captured Xavier during an Open Day at the Institute and fomented a student riot. While the X-Men easily defeated the Omega Gang, the identical telepathic quintet named the Stepford Cuckoos sought to oppose Quentin. One of the Cuckoos, Sophie, whom Quentin was besotted with (much to her chagrin), empowered her sisters by taking a dose of "Kick" and utilizing the X-Men's mutant-locating device Cerebra to magnify their telepathic powers to a level higher than Quentin's. Defeating him, the strain seemingly proved too much for Sophie and she died.

After Sophie's death Quentin went into hiding and sort of changed his ways. Instead of believing in what the X-Men were peddling Quentin aligned himself with the Brotherhood. He was prized for his telepathic skills and moved up the ranks pretty fast, pretty soon no one knew he was even there. He was able to help out the Brotherhood and make a small mint off his website.

He's kept his mind private until recently when he found out Mindee Cuckoo was still alive while the Cuckoo's thought that SHEILD had him this entire time he thought they were dead. Now Quentin is hunting the last remaining Cuckoo so she can join her sisters fate.

List of Abilities/Powers:

Taken from my Phoebe & Celeste application.

We need to find Mindee.
I know.
The other Celeste 'forgot' where she was.
So did the other Phoebe.
How could they forget?
How could they be de-powered?
Why did Mr. Sinister let us remember what we are?
To bring home Mindee, start the war.
Why did Celeste have to be the rebel? I hate this hair color!
Your just as whiny as she is, you know that right?
That's because I am her.

They were well aware that people were staring at them as they walked through the streets to the apartment they once had shared with Mindee. Their eyes were bright blue since they were using their telepathy to talk to one another since actually talking wasn't something they did, ever unless they were directly spoken to by someone they could not ignore. They moved fast through out the streets and soon came to the apartment and let themselves in, looking around for their cell phones. Something told Celeste that the way to contact Mindee would first be through their cell's so not to freak her out.

Get the knitting needles and the yarn, we want to do this right. Celeste smiled as she picked up what was now her iPhone with the blue and black hearts all over it. She looked through the contacts until she came to Mindee's number, wondering why they had so many useless people on their phones but also remembered that they were trying to live a normal de-powered life. What silly girls, Celeste would have killed herself if her powers had gone the way theirs had. She sighed and then hit the call button and waited for Mindee to answer. "Hey sis." She started, her voice sounding weird to her. "We have some news, can we meet you somewhere?" She smiled and waited for Mindee's answer.</b>
